The diaper kits supplied to you are custom fit packages for you and your family. They may include more then one size and type of diaper depending on your need. The bigger the trial kit and the longer the trial the higher the cost.

You will have to sign a contract at the time of pick up agreeing to these terms and conditons. We will go over everything that is in the package and if you would like we can go through a brief orientation on how to use them.

Your home must be smoke free to participate in this program. No Exceptions.

Beginning your trial:

When you come to pick up the trial you will have either prepaid for your trial or you can pay for it then. You will also have your deposit for us. Once the contract is signed you will receive a copy for your records.

At the start of the week the diaper kit will be given to you Cleaned and Sanitized.  We will be provide your with use and care instructions as well as ensure you have enough laundry detergent to get your through your trial.  It is very important that you follow these instructions and use the detergent provided for the length of the trial.

The detergent that we include is all natural and non-irritant to you and your child.  If you have any concerns about the detegerent, please email us and we will work with you.

Failure to follow the directions suppilied may compromise or damage the diaper and or the integrity of the fabric.  If a diaper is lost or damaged you will be responsible for replacing them at retail cost.  We will note any damage on diapers prior to giving them to you. We understand that normal wear and tear is expected, the is to be determined by the age of the diaper, the number of trials it has gone though etc. Please let us know if this is something you are concerned about.

Ending your trial:

When your tester weeks are complete, the diapers must be returned to O'Baby Organics clean and dry as per the care instructions. Please ensure that nothing (including hair or lint) is caught up anywhere in the diapers. The diapers will be inspected for damages.

Once dropped off the diapers will be inspected and once they are approved (a day or two) your deposit will be refunded to you along with your store credit.

If diapers are not returned on time or in unsatisfactory condition you will forfeit your store credit and further charges may apply.
